I’m a highly experienced Spanish & French teacher/ tutor. I have excellent knowledge in these subjects. I graduated from University of St Andrews with Masters Degree in Spanish and French. I’m friendly, easy going and get excellent results through building good relationships with my students. At present, I teach in a Grammar School across all key stages.

I hаve tаught bоth primаry аnd secоndаry school age students thrоughоut the cоuntry аnd аm therefоre skilled аt teаching students frоm аll wаlks оf life.

The sessions I run are specifically designed for each individual student. This considers the level they are currently working at, target grade, their areas for development and preferred learning style.

At GCSE and A level I build into each session past exam questions using the techniques learnt in the lesson. I teach all exam boards.

I am happy to set homework questions to build upon the skills covered and will mark and give feedback on any work completed. In addition, I provide a plan of work to be covered for the term/ year after consulting with students and parents.

I have been a Spanish tutor/ teacher for several years now, I am used to working with a wide range of students from lower to higher ability and have an open and direct approach to teaching and learning.

After working as an Au-Pair in France and spending a year teaching in Spain I went onto work in business as a Spanish Market Analyst. Throughout my career in Publishing, I frequently used French and Spanish whilst presenting or in international business negotiations. I speak French and Spanish fluently and Spanish on a daily basis and believe that languages are essential in today’s working environment – not just as a communication tool but to better understand different cultures and societies.
