I'm an experienced Business Studies and Economics teacher with over 10 years across multiple business subjects alongside an extensive range of SEN experience to understand individuals needs and make them feel confident towards learning.

I bring a Student-focused hardworking, conscientious, determined approach with strong organisational skills and a reliable nature empowering individuals to learn, develop and grow. It is by having a can-do and self-motivation attitude with caring, friendly, and approachable qualities and a productive outlook that has enabled a successful history of teaching students with a diverse range of disabilities and a wide range of physical, mental and emotional needs in the learning environment.

I have a driven approach that enhances the opportunity to maximise the development, achievement, and progression encouraging pupils to flourish in academic settings. Providing a core structure to learning alongside time, patience, and understanding of individuals' needs in promoting social and intellectual development strengthened by having a vast and detailed knowledge of the fundamental areas within the business, and this is reinforced through my 2:1 BA Business Degree which has been pivotal within my achievements alongside completing my PGCE.

More over this enhances my love for learning and developing my transparent knowledge within the SEN environment to continuously aspire to innovate and empower learners.

My Daughter was Tutored by Aisha (Science Tutor), whose been amazing. Initially she had little or no confidence in her ability to achieve GCSE level and had lost interest in the subjects. Aisha took her on and her teaching style was perfect in building up my daughter's confidence, so much so she went from Grade 3 to achieving Grade 8 in all 3 Science subjects. Aisha was patient, compassionate, flexible in adapting her teaching style and pace to suit my daughter's needs. She's very skilled in breaking down the subjects to student level so they can grasp the concepts whilst maintaining their interests. I would highly recommend her for bringing out the best in any student to the highest level.

Allow me to thank Sue Schulkins for the wonderful work she has done with our son’s English classes. We have seen our son’s interest grow as the sessions have progressed. Before Sue started out with him - I noticed she gathered as much information as she could and she listened to us and even adopted some of our methods. She improved on them and added her own unique creativity. She was very unlike some teachers who would insist on using their own method - she never did that. She was able to find out from our son his expectations and discovered he loves unusually funny narratives. She incorporated this into her curriculum and we have seen such a marked improvement in his English comprehension. He is having fun during the English sessions and his work has improved. He is attentive and focused. Sue Schulkins is certainly a different kind of teacher and we are very happy with her work. Well done Sue.

My son worked with Katie Jackson for his GCSE Combined Science ( Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) and it made a real difference. The lessons were engaging and helped him get much more confident with tricky topics and exam-style questions. I signed up for online sessions with Science Clinic and allocated her to teach my son Sciences, her lessons are so well structured, organised and affordable.
